Dolores L. Lynn, 79 of Fayetteville, Pa., died Monday, July 8, at Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, Pa.
Born Sept. 21, 1922 in Washington Township, Franklin County, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Frank B and Mabel Warren Benchoff.
She was a member of Hawley Memorial Presbyterian Church, Blue Ridge Summit. she was a foster-child care giver for the State of Pennsylvania for more than 26 years. She also was an avid quilter.
She is survived by two sons, Larry J. Lynn and Garry F Lynn, both of Choctaw, Okla.; a daughter, Sherry Crotty of Fayetteville; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Floyd Benchoff of Fountaindale, Pa and Harlan Benchoff of St. Augustine, Fla.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Jenny miller and two brothers.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 12, from Robert G. Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Phila. Ave. Chambersburg, with Rev Eugene Kline officiating.
There will be no viewing, however the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service Friday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter, 2325 Country Road, Chambersburg, Pa 17201
