Mrs. Mary Ann Conahan, the former Miss Mary Ann Farley of 58 South Laurel Street Hazleton, died September 1st of a brief illness of bronchial pneumonia.
She was born in Dushore, where she had been engaged as a schoolteacher for some time.
Surviving are her husband and the following children, John and Ann Marie, her father, John Farley of Cherry township, a brother James Farley of Cherry township and a sister Mrs. Thomas Taffe of Dushore.
Funeral was held from her late home, Saturday, September 4th at 10:30 o’clock followed with solemn high mass at 11 o’clock in St. Gabriel’s church, Hazleton. Interment in St. Gabriel’s cemetery.
