Amedeo "Amie" Pallotta was born in Ludlow 29 April 1918 son of James & Donata (Petraglia) Pallotta. He married Janice Childs. Amie worked for General Electric Company in Ludlow and then in Rutland when it moved out of Ludlow. Amie d. at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Lebanon of heart failure after complications from diabetes 20 June 1994 (age 76).

He was lifelong Ludlow resident, a former machine operator and foreman at General Electric Co. in Ludlow and then worked in the Rutland ,Vt. plant following closing of the Ludlow operation. He retired after 27 years of service. V. P. of Okemo View Cable Company in Ludlow.
