He was born to Russell and Neomi (nee Rock) Williams. Veteran of the United States Army. Bobby retired from Caterpillar Tractor in Joliet, after 30 years. He enjoyed motorcycles and working on old cars.
Surviving are his children, Charles (Jennifer) Williams and Christina (Chuck) Ozee, both of Braceville; eight grandchildren, Jade, Madison, Christian, and Avery Williams, and Gabrielle, Abigail, Jacob, and Christopher Ozee; three sisters, Imogene Beck of Petersburg, IN, Kathern (Linden) Wilson of Petersbury, IN, and Georgia Barrett of Winslow, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Pamela Jean (nee Thompson), whom he married July 4, 1964, in Winslow, IN; two brothers, James Williams and Ike Williams; and two sisters, Thelma Barrett and Vivian Norrington.
Funeral services will be at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes, Ltd. & Crematory, Braidwood Chapel, Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. Pastor Bennett Woods will officiate. Interment with military honors will follow in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. The visitation will be Tuesday, April 7, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
