He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Winter Haven and an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn V. Grubaugh of Haines City, a son, Roy F. Grubaugh III of Bay Village, Ohio; two daughters, Martha Clevenger of South Webster, Ohio, and Susan Shermer of Grove City, Ohio; a brother, Col. William Robert Grubaugh of San Diego, Calif.; two sisters, Myrrhis Dryer of Oceanside, Calif., and Orrie Black of Haines City and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Grant William Grubaugh. Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church. Memorials can be made to Grace Lutheran Church, Winter Haven.
