Memorial service were held Saturday, March 28, at Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. James Bissonette officiating.
He was born January 11, 1934, in Duluth to Frank and Anna (Rozich) Sever. Philip graduated from Cathedral High School and served in the Navy during the Korean War. He worked for the State of Minnesota as a grain inspector and subsequently as a driver for Courier Dispatch.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Francis and Lawrence; brothers-in-law, Irvin "Bud" Tverberg and George Mikrut; and his life companion, Leslie Campbell.
