Funeral services were held Monday in the Froid High School Gym for Grace L. Luebke, 75, who died of cancer at Toole County Nursing Home Oct. 20. Burial was in South Cemetery in Froid. A memorial service was held Tuesday evening at Burns Funeral Home in Shelby.

She was born Grace Krohmer in rural Froid. In 1933, she married Ray C. Luebke. They lived on a farm and later moved to Froid. They moved to Glendive in 1956. Her husband died in 1966.

She worked for J. C. Penney Co. in Glendive & Wolf Point, where she moved later. In 1974, she retired and moved to Shelby.

She is survived by a son, Edward of Loomis, Calif.; two daughters, Leona Henke of Ethridge and Diane Bach of Ripon, Calif.; a brother, Delmar Krohmer of Froid; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
