Thank you to member Thucydides for the following research!

I just looked at Celia's death certificate and the cemetery listed is "Ridge Road", which would be the Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery on Ridge Road in Brooklyn. It would have been a fairly new cemetery then, opened in 1902.

Celia was 22 years old (born ca. 1887) at the time of her death and her birth place was listed as "Russia". Parents' names were A. Duberstein and Fanny Paley (or Paby).

A passenger manifest dated 13 Jan 1908, showing the arrival in NYC of a 19 year old girl named Chame Duberstein, whose destination was her uncle's residence in Cleveland, Ohio at 2344 E. 33rd Street. The uncle's name was Salman (likely Solomon in English) Duberstein. The address is only one digit off from the address of Celia's uncle in the longer article posted on her memorial (2844 E. 33rd Street) so I am guessing that Chame and Celia are the same person. Her age in the passenger manifest was probably off, or perhaps the brother (the informant on the death cert) had her age wrong.

Celia's place of birth was likely Barysaw, in Belarus. On the passenger manifest, it is listed as Borisov, which would have been the Russian spelling. Barysaw was then also under Russian control.
