Mrs. Emma Retta Roberts, 73, died here yesterday following a heart attack. She was the widow of Linder Robers, who died in 1937.

The body was taken to the George McCarty Funeral Home at Fortville, where friends are being received.

Funeral Rites are being held Saturday at the local Meethodist Church at 2 p.m. in charge of the Rev. J.M. Baker. Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Greenfield.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Irene Higdon and Mrs. Ruby Davis, both of Ingalls; two sons, Kenneth and Preston; three sisters, Mrs.Charles Boval, Greenfield, Mrs. Vina Cox, Indianapolis, and Mrs. Cludia Chaney, Anderson; a brother, Verl Chappell, in California; three grandhiildren, Mrs. Marian Taulman, Mrs. Alma Mae Conger, and Mrs. Janet Vaughn, all of Ingalls, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs Robers retired from employment at Gulde Lampe Division, Anderson, two years ago. She was a member of UAW-CIO Local No. 683 at the Anderson Plant.
