Mary Woodall Dies Following Brief Illness.
Funeral Monday afternoon at Greene County Church
Mrs. Mary Almira Woodall, 77, wife of D.B. Woodall of 611 S.W. First Street, died this morning at 1:45 o'clock at the family home, after a serious illness of about two weeks. A native of Ohio and resident of Greene County, as a young girl, the deceased had resided in this community for many years, and was well known here. She was born May 11, 1860, and married Mr. Woodall on January 25, 1882. Her maiden name was Page. A member of the Union Christian Church, the deceased received her education in Greene County. Surviving are the husband at home; and three children, Martin H Woodall, of Washington, Mrs. Cassie B Wickliff and Mrs. Nora M Denson of Indianapolis; 10 great grandchildren, a brother, Jess Page of Worthington; and a sister, Mrs. Eliza Jane Fordyce of Swayzee, IN. Short funeral services are to be held at the residence at 12:30 o'clock Monday, with continued services at Prairie Chapel in Greene County at 2:00 o'clock, the Rev. G.G. Peel officiating. Burial will be made in the Prairie Chapel Cemetery.
