Betty Jane Hutton, little one-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Hutton, died Sunday afternoon at the home of its grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hutton, of near West Sonora. The little babe burned herself on the hand last Tuesday and blood poison developed, which was the cause of its death. Its death was very unexpected and quite a shock to the parents and other relatives.
Funeral services were held from the U.B. church in West Sonora Tuesday afternoon, Rev. M.W. Mumma, officiating. Interment was made in the cemetery at Ithaca.
