Charles H. Durham 64, of Stow Creek Township, passed away suddenly on Sunday March 1, 2015 at his home. He had been in declining health for the past few years.
Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of the late Morris and Madge G. (nee Pearce) Durham.
Cholly as he was known grew up in the Greenwich Township area and had been a resident of the Stow Creek area for over twenty years. He had worked in the automotive repair business for many years and was the former owner of Durhams gas station and repairs in both Bridgeton and later in Hopewell Twp. He enjoyed all types of motor sports, and especially riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his son Charles M. Ridgway, a sister Gloria Jean Land, a step [half] brother Lewis R. Durham, and several cousins.
He was predeceased besides his parents by a step [half] brother Carl M. Durham Sr.
Private funeral services were conducted at the convenience of the family.
