Discussion with contributor dennis #47699424 indicates that the mother's name on death certificate is most likely Finkenbinder rather than Finkey. With that information, it was found that Minerva was listed as a child of Adam and Elizabeth in census records, and in 1910 census both Adam and Elizabeth state they have each only had 1 marriage and it was for 39 years. Based on that information, the link to parents Elizabeth Finkenbinder and Adam Billman is made.
