Mr. Ronnie Allen Jones, age 55 of Bolivar, Tennessee, departed this life Sunday morning, March 1, 2015 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Mr. Jones was born in Henderson, Tennessee Thursday, April 9, 1959 to the late George Jones and Mary Armstrong Jones Anthony. He lived all of his life in Hardeman County, and on August 18, 1979, he was united in marriage to Janice Vaughan Jones, who survives.

In his younger years, he worked for Hyman's Tire Service in Bolivar, and later, he worked in maintenance at Carrier in Collierville, as well as Troxel in Moscow. He enjoyed many things in life, including working on old tractors, cars and lawnmowers, fishing, attending tractor pulls, and riding three-wheelers. He was Pentecostal in belief.

Along with his wife, he is survived by a son, Corey Allen Jones and wife Christian of Oakland; sister, Sandy Ostrom and husband Carl of Bolivar; brothers, Dennis M. Jones of Bolivar, and Larry Jones and wife Barbara of Jackson; stepbrother, Johnny Ray Anthony and wife Diane of Bolivar; stepsister, Barbara Powell and husband Tommy of Bells; and his beloved dog, Heidi.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, John Anthony; and stepbrother, Mike Anthony.
