Mary Jane Brewton Reynolds, 97, died August 19, 2004, under the care of Hospice Savannah, Inc., at Tara Nursing Home, Thunderbolt, Ga.
The Evans County native had resided in Chatham County for many years. She retired after 20 years as Dr. T.A. Peterson's assistant. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Victor Reynolds and grandsons, Donald (Don) Donaldson and Tracy Goodman, and a granddaughter, Sandra Jane Goodman.
Survivors are two sons and daughters-in-law, Roy D. and Thelma L. Goodman of Ellabell and James W. and Jean Goodman of Augusta; one daughter, Henrietta D. Rogers of Savannah; ten grandchildren and spouses, James W. Goodman, Jr., Nancy Jean and Dave Wallace, Loretta D. and Sam Doyle, Terri D. and Rick Hazen, Frank P. and Sally Donaldson, Michael W. and Joyce Donaldson, Linda and Jack Waters, Janet and Owen Thayer, Cindy and Marty Higgins and Vicki and Johnny Luckey 13 great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
VISITATION: Monday, August 23, 10 a.m., until 2 p.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home.
Funeral will be Monday, August 23, 2 p.m., at J. Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Forro officiating.
BURIAL: Brewton Cemetery.
