Alan Rush Brown, 80, of 1320 Hamilton Blvd., Hagerstown, died Thursday, April 17, 2003, at Beverly Healthcare of Hagerstown.
Born Dec. 10, 1922, in Moline, Ill., he was the son of the late Alvin McCreary and Lyle Rush Brown.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Crawford Brown, on Feb. 4, 2002.
He received a master's degree in accounting from Columbia University in New York.
He was employed by Fairchild Aircraft as a comptroller in 1962. Later, he was employed by Pangborn and Alumax.
He is survived by two sons, Richard C. Brown of Diamond Bar, Calif., and David A. Brown of Palm Springs, Calif.; a sister, Mimi Crawford of Essex Falls, N.J.; and a brother, Steven Brown of Washington, D.C.
Graveside services will be at the convenience of the family.
There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are by Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, Hagerstown.
