Eleanor was born in Greene County Pennsylvania 12-4-1927 she was united in marriage to Carl Laclair King on 1-9-1952 in Garrett Co, Maryland. Together they had 6 children,
William Curtiss,Carl Laclair Jr, David Leigh, Brenda Joyce,
Laurie Ann, & Stephen Douglas King.The family made many moves between Pennsylvania & Michigan from 1952 and 1968.
Eleanor died from Breast Cancer that was found to late to cure,the cancer invaded the rest of her body,and she passed away just before her 51st birthday. Mom was famous to my family for her bread making. I can still see her in the kitchen kneading the bread, and the aroma of the bread from the oven was so goood.Eleanor was laid to rest on October 23,1978 in Drayton Plains Cemetery, Waterford, Michigan. Siblings of Eleanor Louise Clark King were, Dorothea Lavana Clark Bell,Dosie Melville Clark,Edna Blanche Clark Shaffer,Ramona Marie Clark,Carl Lester Clark,
Nellie Leona Clark Meyer,& Richard Allen Clark.
