Joseph DeWayne Spalding, age 47 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Spring View Hospital. He was born on August 25, 1967 in Lebanon, KY.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Austin Spalding, sister, Karen Spalding.
Survivors include his mother, Cecilia Daugherty Spalding, of Lebanon, KY; brothers, Barry Spalding, of Finley, KY. and Chris Spalding, of Lebanon, KY; brother-in-law, David "Doc" Spalding, of Lebanon, KY. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with prayer services at 7:00 Monday evening held by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
