Beulah Greene Estes Reed, of Camelot Manor in Granite Falls, died Thursday, November 4, 2004, at Hospice of Caldwell County. Daughter of the late William McKinley Greene and Lizzie Phelps Greene, she was born May 5, 1922, in Jeffress, VA. She was a member of Miller Hill Baptist Church and a textile worker.
She is survived by three sons, one brother, four grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Caldwell Estes; a sister, Louise Price; and five brothers: Dewey, Lester, Howard, J.C., and Ernest Greene.
