Edna M. McCormack, 82, of Moss Point, Miss., died Monday, Feb. 13, 2006 in Pascagoula, Miss.
Mrs. McCormack was an active member of Eastside Assembly of God Church where she was leader of the women's ministry for many years.
She loved her family and her church.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Mr. James and Mrs. Minnie Buck Mashburn; her husband, Mr. John Thomas McCormack, Jr.;
a son, Ronald Keith McCormack;
four sisters, Esther Sanspree, Rachel Johnson, Janice Abbott, and Bessie Taylor;
four brothers, J.J. Mashburn, Bob Mashburn, Aussie Johnson and Hestle Johnson.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Regina and Ronald Carroll of Moss Point;
granddaughter and husband, Stacey and Francis Forsman of Moss Point;
a grandson, Kaleb McCormack of Mobile, Ala.;
two great grandchildren, Amber and Laura Forsman;
five sisters-in-law, Lucille Mashburn of Moss Point, Lorena Johnson of Bay Minette, Ala., Gladys Martin of Moss Point, Willie Nell Atkins of San Antonio Texas and Julia Hyatt of Moss Point;
numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2006, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Eastside Assembly of God Church in Moss Point. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2006 at 10 a.m. from Eastside Assembly of God Church with Rev. Wendell Stork officiating.
Interment will follow in Orange Grove Cemetery, Moss Point.
