Mary Lee Hodges -Fleming, GA- Mary Lee Hodges, 89, died Saturday, October 28, 2006 at Hospice House in Savannah after a short illness. She was a native of Evans County and long time resident of Fleming, GA where she and her husband, Elton, operated a General Merchandise Store for more than 40 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by those lives she touched. Mrs. Hodges was the youngest and last survivor of the six children born to Henry Leonard and Laura Julia Brewton in Bellville, GA. Survivors include her son, David Elton Hodges and his wife, Midge of Fleming; her daughter Judy Schaaf and her husband, Jerry of Austin, TX; grandchildren Lee Farris of Crawford, GA, Jamey Schaaf of Houston, TX, Julie Easton of Round Rock, TX; great grandchild, Autry Farris of Crawford, GA and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 p.m., Monday, October 30, 2006 at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel, 10512 Ford Avenue, Richmond Hill, GA. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at Mt. Olivet Methodist Church with Rev. Janet Gallob and Rev. Junior Bazemore officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Hospice House, P. O. Box 13190, Savannah, GA 31416. Carter Funeral Home Oglethorpe Chapel
