Mrs. Gray's Mother Died Tuesday of Flu
Mrs. J. E. Bridges, 87 year old mother of Mrs. H. F. Gray, passed away Tuesday in Kansas City after a few days illness. Mrs. Bridges had flu which developed into complications causing her death.

Mrs. Gray went to Kansas City Tuesday evening to be with her father and to make funeral arrangements. The plan is to have a short service in Kansas City and bring the body to Seneca for interment in the city cemetery. Services will be held here at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Lauer Funeral Home.

The death of Mrs. Bridges is the third in the family in a little over a year. There were three children, two sons and the daughter, Mrs. Gray. One son, Edwin M. Bridges passed away more than a year ago, and the second son, Richard K. M. Bridges, July 12 of this year.

Mrs. Bridges and her husband have spent the past few years in Kansas City and have visited in their daughter's home here at different times. Their former home was in Saline county, Mo., and in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
