Deaths.

Gerrard - At his home east of Severy Sunday Aug. 20, 1905, Desmond Stanley Gerrard, aged 26 years, 2 months and 28 days.

The deceased was born at the family home 2 miles east of severy and has always made his home in this vicinity, spending his school days at the district school east of Severy and at the Severy schools. He was married to Orsa Glasco September 30, 1900.

Besides numerous relatives he leaves his nearest family and kindred, a wife, a son, Glenn aged nearly three years, his father Theodore Gerrard, a brother Fritz, and a sister Mrs. I.F. Benest.

He was a member of the Severy Woodman camp in which organization he carried $1,000 life insurance.

Funeral services were held at the M.E. Monday forenoon conducted by Rev. Everett, pastor of the Congregational church, after which the remains were interred in Twin Groves cemetery.

The wife and relatives have the sympathy of all in their sad bereavement.
