Mrs. Kay Frances (Shelton) White, age 79 of Winnfield, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, February 08, 2015 surrounded by her family.
Born Monday, December 30, 1935 in Atlanta, Louisiana, she was a member of Sardis Baptist Church and was retired from Wal-Mart.
Mrs. White was preceded in death by her Parents, Henry Clarence and Florence Eilene Shelton; Brother, Richard Shelton.
Those left to cherish her memory include her Husband, David White, Winnfield; Daughters, Barbara White, Winnfield and Carolyn Cannon and husband Allen, Swartz; Sons, Johnny White and wife Karen, Winnfield and Ken White and wife Cathy, Waco, TX; 13 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren; Sisters, Cele Thompson, Linda Shelton, Connie Ferguson, Lawanda Holmes and Jetta Moore; Brothers, Cloy Shelton, David Shelton and Pat Shelton; Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 10 at Southern Funeral Home, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM , and again on Wednesday, February 11 from 8:00 AM until time of services.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Southern Funeral Home with Dr. Gerald McBride and Rev. Bruce Weatherford officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories, in Winnfield.
Mrs. White’s Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
