Funeral services were held Feb. 11 in the Vanceburg E. A. church over the remains of Elizabeth Stansbury, nee Harmon, conducted by O. E. Boettcher and interments made in Vanceburg cemetery.
The deceased was born Sept. 23, 1848, and died in a hospital at Rice Lake Feb. 8, 1921. She was united in marriage to William Henry Stansbury, who preceded her in death. The deceased was the mother of three children, one of whom died in infancy. One son, Clifford, died at age of 42, and her daughter, Mrs. George Austin, with whom she had made her home, died a few years ago, at the age of 41. Mrs. Stansbury is survived by two brothers, Jake and Jess Harmon of Sheridan, Dunn county, one sister, Mrs. Sam Tucker of Rice Lake and eleven grandchildren.

Mrs. Elizabeth Stansbury of Ridgeland, an aunt of T. J. Tucker, died of chronic nephritis at Lakeside hospital on Feb. 8, after being there a short time for treatment. Her age was 72 years, 4 months, and 15 days. Mr. Tucker accompanied the remains last Thursday to Ridgeland, where interment was made.
