Ruby E. Mohney, 78, of 301 S. McKean St., Kittanning, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 1985, at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital. Born April 9, 1907, in Freeport, she was the daughter of William H. and Rose (Johns) Cornman. She was a member of the First Brethren Church in Kittanning and had worked 37 years at Schenley Distilleries before her retirement in 1970. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Merle (June) Smith of Worthington; one son, William Greenwalt of Clovis, N.M; two step-children, Harry C. Mohney of Kittanning RD 8; Mrs. Paul (Louave) Hollobaugh of Cowansville RD 1; one sister, Ocie Schweitzer of West Kittanning; 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Russell H. Greenwalt in 1966; her second husband, Harry Mohney in 1977; and one grandson Michael Greenwalt in 1983. MOHNEY - Friends of Ruby E. Mohney, 78, of 301 S. McKean St., Kittanning, who died Saturday, August 3, will be received at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in Worthington, formerly the Flick Funeral Home, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Cornwell of First Brethren Church in Kittanning officiating. Burial will take place at Lawn Haven Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Snyder.
