Mrs. Carrie Hoppe, 63, who came to Washington in 1887, died Friday at the family home, W 21 Thirty-fourth. She was married to John E. Hoppe in 1889, and came to Spokane in 1894. She was a prominent church worker, having been a member of First Presbyterian church. She also was a member of Electa chapter, O. E. S., and Daughters of the Nile.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 Monday at the Smith funeral home with the Rev. Charles F. Koehler officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood.
