Thomas had three sisters (Mary, Annie & Lizzie) and two brothers (James and Milton).
He married Addie Mae Crutchfield who was from Moberly, Missouri on January 17, 1917 in Moberly, Missouri. Four sons were born in Moberly. They were:
James Thomas Beaver b 12/7/1918, Albert Lewis b 10/16/19, Leroy Beaver b 11/7/1921 and Frank Harold b 09/17/1923. About 1925 they moved to Kansas City, Missouri where they then had Mary Ellen b 6/10/1928 and Jackie Lee b March 5, 1940.
Tom liked to pitch horseshoes. He was a strong man even when he was 80 years old because of the manual labor he did at the Gas Service Company during his work life.
He worked a superintendent for the Gas Service Company in Kansas City for many years and retired from there.
Early in 1973 he and his wife both suffered a stoke. He suffered some paralysis which required that he go to a nursing home. He passed on to be with the Lord April 20, 1973.
