He was a member of Oaklawn Methodist Church and retired as a supervisor with Union Pacific Railroad.
He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Jacqueline Rose Lemons and one son, Curtis Lemons.
Survivors include one son; Thad Lemons; one daughter, Judy (Gene) Powell; one brother, Jerry Lemons; one sister Shirley Wolden; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
A Memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Hot Springs Funeral Home with Reverend Fred W. Hunter officiating.
