She is survived by her husband, Patrick Stephen Martin; a daughter, Evans Motlow Smith Martin; her mother, Mary Motlow Boyd of Lexington, Kentucky; two sisters, Betty Boyd Kinkead of Lexington and Judith Boyd Terjen of Virginia Beach; one brother, James Robert Boyd of Lexington.
She was predeceased by her father, James Clinton Boyd.
Mrs. Martin was a graduate of the Holton-Arms School, Washington, D.C., Bradford Junior College and the University of Mississippi where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma.
