CARTER, Herbert Wayne. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of H. Wayne Carter. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dianne Carter, and his 3 sons, Brian (Mary) Carter, Bruce (Jackie) Carter, Douglas (Ashley) Carter, brothers Clyde Carter, Keith Carter and sister Kitty Egley. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Cameron (Heather) Carter, Cassidy (Cole) Fulford, Candace Carter, Carley Carter, Colbie Carter and Brittany Carter. He also had 3 great grandchildren, Brady, Camdyn and Braford.

He founded Carter Electric in Belle Glade in 1961. His heart was always with his Belle Glade family and he will be forever missed by those who knew and loved him. Words can't describe how much he was loved by the people (And Dogs!) whose lives he touched.

Services will be held Monday, February 2 at the First Baptist Church in Belle Glade. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon, and the service will start at noon. The family has designated Furry Friends Adoption and Clinic in Jupiter (formerly Safe Harbor) for memorial contributions.
