Mrs. Robert Hare Lester, 60, of 3807 Bobbitt Street died at her home at 5:30 p.m. Saturday after a long illness. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the First United Methodist Church of Coushatta. The Rev. Lonnie Sibley, pastor of North Highland Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Springville Cemetery in Coushatta under the direction of the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Marshall Street Chapel, where the body will be this afternoon and evening. A native of Fillmore, Mo., she had lived in Shreveport for two years. Survivors include her husband, Dr. Roy Thomas Lester, her mother, Mrs. Lillian (Roscoe) Hare of Ormond Beach, Florida, three daughters, Mrs. Donald Hjicek of Fort Worth, Texas, Dixie Lester of New Orleans and Linda Lester of Bartow Florida, one brother, Meredith Hare of Houston, Texas, and one grandchild.
