Joseph “Joe” Ruben Leyba, 27, a resident of Safford, AZ entered eternal rest Friday, September 5, 2014 in Pima, AZ. He was born July 28, 1987 in Las Vegas, NV to Ruben and Adelina Maldonado Leyba. Mr. Leyba had a love for carpentry. He is survived by two sons, Gabriel and Jacob Leyba of Safford, AZ; one daughter, Adelina Leyba also of Safford, AZ; one sister, Amalia “Molly” Andazola and husband Ruben of Silver City. He was preceded in death by his parents, paternal grandparents, Martin and Guadalupe Leyba, maternal grandparents, Vicente and Adela Maldonado, one brother, Rudy Maldonado. Visitation will be Thursday, September 11 from 9-10am at Terrazas Funeral Chapels followed by a funeral service to begin at 10am with Rev. Amalia “Molly” Andazola officiating. Concluding service interment will follow at Memory Lane cemetery Pallbearers will be Rudy, Andrew and Jacob Andazola, Ruben Portillo Jr., Maurice Portillo and Isaac Saucedo.
