SERVICES FOR MRS. MARY KINCAID* SET FOR SATURDAY
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Kincaid,* 69, who died at her residence, 457 Cleveland Ave. at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday will be held at the Gilbert Funeral Home at 10 a.m. Saturday. She had been in ill health for three months.
Mrs. Kincaid* was the daughter of Thomas and Nancy Nicholson Green, born in Athens County Oct. 8, 1888. She had been a resident of Ashland 15 years where she was engaged in practical nursing.
She was married in March 1907 to Alonzo Kincaid* who preceded her in death in March 1939.
Survivors include two daughters, Mr. Fred Voorhes of Erie, Pa., Mrs. Margaret Magee of Portersville; two sons, Virgil of Texas and Lewis of Philadelphia; 10 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. I.D. McCollum of Ashland, Mrs. Faye Smith of Oklahoma, Mrs. C. J. Huff of Pennsylvania, Mrs. Minnie Batten of Sommerfield, Mrs. Kenneth Hayes of Athens; four brothers, Emmett Green of Wooster, Pearl Green of Alma, Mich., George Green of California and William Green of Lancaster. A son and a brother preceded her in death.
Mrs. Kincaid* was a member of the Church of Christ.
Services will be conducted by the Rev. Don Cooper and burial will be in Hanover Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
