Bobbie L. Harris passed away Sunday, December 21, 2014 at the age of 82. She was a native and a resident of Baton Rouge. Bobbie retired as a bank teller from City National. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law; Lila Theresa and husband Joe Day and Nancy Darlene and husband James Sapp, a sister; Hazel David May, four grandchildren; Krystle Lea Booker, Lauren Rae Walton, Jessica Elise Day and Nathaniel James Day; three great-grandchildren; Ethan Booker, Alayna Booker and Brennan Williamson. She was preceded in death by her parents; Raphael and Elise David, husband; James “Sonny” Harris, brothers; J.R. David, Jr., Lawrence J. David and sisters Ollie Mae David Attuso and Ruth David Laurent. Visitation will be Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East 11000 Florida Blvd. starting at 5:00pm until 9:00pm. Visitation will resume Monday, December 29, 2014 at 9:00am until services in the funeral home chapel at 11:00am conducted by Rev. Gordon Atwell with internment to follow at Zoar Baptist Church Cemetery. Bobbie loved to travel, enjoyed ceramics, made beautiful flower arrangements; young at heart, fun loving and she never met a stranger.
