Sammie Mae "Warren" Polley was born in Pollard, OK. She worked as a housekeeper at Ridgecrest Community Hospital prior to her retirement in 1985. She lived in Onyx, CA for 31 years before moving to Inyokern, CA.
Mrs. Polley was preceded in death by her husband, Forest Polley; brothers Jack, Cleave "Junior", and Francis Warren; sister Lena Fortune and grandson Forest Lealon Polley, Jr.
She is survived by three sons, Dale and wife Cheryl Polley of Inyokern, CA; Forest "Lealon" Polley of Ridgecrest, CA; Gale H. Polley of Ridgecrest, CA; sister Norma Jean Fortune of Eufaula, OK; sister Alice Marin of Sunburst, Montana; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
