Obituary from The Post-Register (Idaho Falls, ID) - Thursday, January 3-4, 1946:
ST. ANTHONY - Eli B. Clark, 81, St. Anthony, died January 1 of complications due to old age.
He was born January 22, 1864 at Logan, Utah. On July 17, 1885 he married Clarinda Ricks of Benson Ward, Utah, in the Logan LDS Temple, after which they went to Vernal, Utah, but soon returned to Cache Valley. In the spring of 1889 they moved to Teton where Mr. Clark was engaged in farming and livestock business for many years.
His wife died April 9, 1915 and in 1934 he married Mrs. Junetta Brown of St. Anthony, who survives him. He is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Helen Kite, Rigby, and Mrs. Claris Spence, Hemet, California; and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Thomas A. Clark, Anoka, Minnesota; Eli Clark Jr., Benson Ward, Utah; Mrs. Roger Millward, Oakland, California; E. Dean Clark, St. Anthony; and William Keith Clark, Inkom. Forty grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren also survive. Fourteen grandsons served in World War II. He was a high priest in the LDS Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon in the Yellowstone Stake Tabernacle with Bishop Martin Davis of the St. Anthony Third Ward officiating. Burial will be in the Teton Cemetery.
