Gunter; six sons, John, George, Gary, Rick, Dewey Jr. and Dennis; five sisters, Bertha, Helen, Ann, Faye and Frances; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mr. Gunter was an Army veteran of the Korean War. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, August 1, at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., where a celebration of his life will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 2. Interment Washington Memorial Park.
