Mr. Bradford Callebs age 75 of Cannon, KY passed away on Friday – January 21st, 2011 in the St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. He was the widower of Helen Joyce (Marion) Callebs and the son of the late Henry Matt & Alice (Warren) Callebs born to them on June 14th, 1935 in Knox County.
Mr. Callebs was a retired truck driver for Great Lake Steel and was a member of the Greenroad Baptist Church. He enjoyed fellowship with others, his goats, and working at the church. Besides his parents and wife he was preceded in death by several brothers’ & sisters and one great great grandchild Tracy Petredis.
Left behind to mourn his passing is four daughters Freda Alley & husband Michael of Trenton, Michigan, Donna Reese & husband Kenny of Lincoln Park, Michigan, Annette Russell of Cannon, KY, and Wanda Davis of Cannon, KY, one brother Sandy Farmer & wife of Florida and one sister Lizzie Owens of Va. Seven Grandchildren Jason Alley, Christina Manning, Rebecca Davis, Shelley Reese, Savannah Davis, Jessica Petredis, and Joshua Reese. Five great great grandchildren Hannah Davis, Clarissa Manning, Ellissa Smith, Camren Smith, and Zoey Petredis. Plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Callebs will be conducted on Monday – January 24th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Russell Jones, Rev. Brian Miracle and Rev. Brian Hacker officiating. Pallbeares will be family. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Dr. Vora, Dr. Krishna, and Dr. Lohe. Burial will follow in the Callebs Creek Cemetery at Callebs Creek.
