The body of Pvt. Edmund E. King, who was killed in action on June 14, 1944, in the Normandy invasion, will arrive in Troy tomorrow from the Brooklyn Army Base for burial. Pvt. King, son of Mrs. Beatrice Ouimet King of 339 First Street and the late Eugene King, was a member of Headquarters Co., Second Batt.. of the 401st Glider Infantry. He was born in Troy and entered the Army on Nov. 16, 1942. Military funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Washington Park Funeral Home, 222 Third Street, and at 9:30 a.m. from St. Jean the Baptiste Church, where a solemn requiem mass will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford.
