Cecil Boone
Cecil Kenneth "C.K." Boone, 72, resident of 214 Chinquapin Road, died December 22, 204 at Self Regional Medical Center.
Born March 16, 1942, in Tryon, NC, he was a son of the late Roy L. and Ruby Skidmore Boone. He was a graduate of Chester County, SC schools and was retired from CSX Railroad. He was the owner/operator of Boone's Tree Service.
Mr. Boone was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are a son, Coleman (Judy) Boone of Chester; a daughter, Tami Johnson of Lancaster, SC; a brother, Melvin Boone of Kings Mountain, NC; five grandchildren, Jessica B. (Shane) Silvey, Joshua C. (Amanda) Boone, Jennifer Johnson, Kevin Johnson and Tony Johnson.
He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Heather Johnson, five brothers and two sisters.
All services will be private.
