Bettie Watson, 66, died of cancer Monday evening, April 5, 1993, in Lakeland, Fla. The service will be held on Friday with burial in Lakeland.
Mrs. Watson was born Aug, 18, 1926, near Rome, the daughter of Homer and Georgia Scarff. She married Sherman Watson on Oct. 26, 1947 in Lockridge. He survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Cindy Buttermore of Apoka, Fla., Linda Byak of Lakeland, Fla.; four grandchildren and one sister, Donna Ensminger of Rome. Her parents preceded her in death.
