Funeral Services for Samuel Elliott,88, of 822 Maple Ave., Princeton, were Conducted Friday afternoon, September 20, at Morgan's Funeral Home by Rev H.G. Sullivan. Burial was in Rolling Hills Cemetery in Lyon County.

Mr.Elliott was a native of Tennessee, died Wednesday morning, September 18., at the Caldwell County Hospital after a long illness. His wife, Mrs. Gola Lillian Elliott, preceded him in death in 1984.

He was a farmer and member of the Donaldson Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Travis Elliott, of Princeton, James Elliott, of Nashville, Tenn., and Sam C. Elliott, of Owensboro; five daughters, Mrs. Bessie Hanks of Madisonville; Mrs. Ann McCormick, of Louisville; Mrs. Thelma Duncan. Mrs. Inez McKinney, both of Princeton, and Mrs. Inogeme Williamson of Mt. Washington; 24 Grandchildren; 32 great Grandchildren, and three sisters, Mrs. Mrs. Cora Hill, of Eddyville; Mrs. Viola Choate, of Clarksville, Tenn., and Mrs. Davada Presley, of Nashville, Tenn.

Bearers were Travis L. Elliott, Dennis McCormick, Joel McKinney, Sammy McWaters, Danny Elliott, and John Harris
