Mr. Eddie Huddleston 71, passed away on December 14, 2014 at the Tippah County Hospital in Ripley, Mississippi. Eddie was born on June 4, 1943 to John W. and Effie L. Brotherton Huddleston in Ripley, Mississippi. He was a veteran of the United States Army. A retired Police Captain for the Memphis Police Dept with 26 years of service and a member of the Church of Christ.
A graveside service was December 16, at 2 pm in Antioch Cemetery. McBride Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his son, Mike Huddleston of Blue Mountain, Mississippi: two sisters, Pauline Huddleston and Annie Ruth Talley both of Millington, TN: One brother, Bob Huddleston of Walnut, MS.
Eddie was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Lynn Howell Huddleston; his parents; one sister, Virginia Bennett: one brother, William "Bud" Huddleston.
