Daughter of Thomas Clifford Andrew, Sr. and Rowena Phipps Andrew. A wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, woman of quiet grace and gentle soul. Married for 49 years to Jerry, who always put a smile on her face. Jeanne and Jerry lovingly danced through most of their lives together. She was devoted to her two sons and their families. She graduated from Pulaski High School and Radford College. She taught for over 30 years at East Salem and Glenvar Elementary Schools. Her legacy lives on in the hundreds of students she was privileged to teach. Her family has been lifted up by many of her former students who have visited, called or written to say that “Mrs. Pace” was the best teacher they ever had.
