William Alfred Seely, 58, a farmer, died at his home in this city late Saturday afternoon after a long illness from asthma and heart trouble.
Mr. Seely was born in Mt. Pleasant, May 24, 1875. His parents were William S. and Anne Watkins Seely, early Utah pioneers. His father was the first bishop of Mt. Pleasant.
He is survived by his widow, Sarah E. Bohne Seely, and a son, Leonard Seely, and a daughter, Mrs. August Otten; three grandchildren; a brother, Joseph N. Seely, and two sisters, Mrs. Emmerline S. Marion and Mrs. Jess Petersen, all of Mt. Pleasant.
