Mrs. Anna Austin Horton, age 85, of Hartsville, formerly of Dillards Creek, died Tuesday morning, December 9, at Hendersonville Medical Center. She is survived by: daughter, Shirley Harbison and husband Donny of Hendersonville; granddaughter, Gina Lynn Haffner and husband Joe of Murfreesboro, step-grandson, Shannon Harbison of Murfreesboro; 4 great-grandchildren, Lauren Hollis, Alexander Haffner, Gretchen Haffner Kursave, Ryan Haffner; brother, Jimmy C. Austin of Chestnut Mound, sister-in-law, Maggie Lou Maberry Austin of Chestnut Mound; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Horton is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where her service will be conducted on Friday, December 12, at 1:00 PM. Eld. Kevin Graham and Eld. Chase Johnson will officiate. Interment in the Dickens Cemetery in the Maggart Community.
