Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday at the Lane Family Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Larry T. "Little Larry" Ortz, 57 of Austintown who passed away Monday morning in the Cleveland Clinic. "Little Larry" was born June 24, 1957 in Youngtstown the son of the late Joseph Lawrence "Big Larry" and Virginia "Ginny" (Porter) Ortz.
Larry was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School class of 1975. He retired as a driver with Hearn Paper Company where he had worked for many years. He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local #377, and a member of the Austintown Band Parents, the Aut Mori Grotto. He was also a former member of the Argus Lodge of the Masons.
Larry leaves his wife the former Connie Stambaugh whom he married August 6, 1994. He also leaves his mother Ginny of Austintown, three children, Micheal Prachick and his wife Alissa, Carly Ortz, and Sammy Ortz, one grandson Carter Nathan Prachick, as well as two sisters, Linda L. Pallotta and her husband Russ and Robbin Durda and her husband Michael all of Austintown. He also leaves his Father and Mother-in-law Sam and Karen Stambaugh, one sister-in-law Kim Stambaugh as well as several nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his father.
