David Ray Bland, 66, passed away December 1, 2014 at Hartford House in Owensboro, Kentucky
He was born in Owensboro, Kentucky, March 11, 1948, son of the late Alvin and Rushia (Kellems) Bland. Also preceding him in death were twins in infancy, sisters, Dorothy Young and Violet Reed, brothers, Ivan, Albert, Homer and Alvin Bland, Jr.
A 1967 graduate of Cannelton High School, David was united in marriage March 25, 1988 to Deborah Gentry, who survives. He was a truck driver for First Class trucking for several years, attended Seventh Street Baptist Church and enjoyed horses and race cars
