Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Meyer Brother Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Paul Lint of McCook Lake United Methodist Church officiating. Private family graveside services will be in Logan Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
Mrs. Hutchinson was born May 22, 1924, in Moville, Iowa, the daughter of Clyde and Estella (Sayer) Wilson. She lived most of her life in Sioux City and attended Sioux City schools.
She married Robert Glarum and later married John Hutchinson. Mr. Hutchinson died in 1975. She worked for J.C. Penney's for 11 years and at the Sioux City Convention Center for six years.
She was of the Methodist faith. She was active in the Tuesday Club Golf League at Sun Valley Golf Course and an avid bowler.
She is survived by two daughters, Suzanne Sullivan of Helena, Mont., and Robin and her husband, Lee Schroeder of Dakota Dunes, S.D.; a son and his wife, Jack and Patty Hutchinson of Omaha; 10 grandchildren, Cliff Sullivan, Melissa Kopp, Patrick Sullivan, Molly Sullivan, Ted Schroeder, Russ Schroeder, Suzanna Schroeder, Justin Hutchinson, Keaton Hutchinson and Evan Hutchinson; five great-grandchildren, Ashley Sullivan, Hannah Sullivan, Madison Kopp, Sam Kopp and Ashley Schroeder; and many nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters; three brothers; and her longtime companion, Roland Weise.
